Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because our hot sauces are consumable food products, all sales are final. For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, including unopened bottles.

DAMAGED, LEAKING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please email hello@bigguylittlewifehotsauce.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the bottle, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label

Please keep all products and packaging until we finish reviewing your claim. After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item. Resolutions are determined individually based on the circumstances and available inventory.

We cannot replace or refund products that have been damaged after delivery, improperly stored, opened, altered, or used.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production, packing, or fulfillment.

To request a cancellation, email hello@bigguylittlewifehotsauce.com with your order number. If the order is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

ORDER CHANGES

Please review your flavors, quantities, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package are not automatically eligible for a refund. If the products can be safely reshipped, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING DELAYS OR UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will contact you with the option to approve the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund to the original payment method.
