Yes. All Big Guy Little Wife hot sauces should be kept refrigerated after opening. Refrigeration helps maintain the freshness, flavor, color, and quality of our small-batch sauces.
Our sauces are made fresh in small batches, so freshness may vary slightly by flavor. Always keep your sauce refrigerated, shake well before each use, & use often! If you notice mold, an unusual odor, unexpected bubbling, or a swollen or leaking bottle, please discard it.
A little separation is completely normal. Our sauces are made in small batches with real ingredients, so some natural separation may occur. Just give the bottle a good shake before pouring.
Each full-size bottle contains 5 fluid ounces of hot sauce.
Each sauce has its own personality and level of heat. You can find the heat rating on the bottle label and product page. Our lineup ranges from approachable, slow-building heat to unapologetically fiery.

Trophy Wife contains milk and egg due to the black truffle and mushroom mixture used in the recipe. Our sauces are produced in a private residence where other allergens may be present. Please review the ingredient information for each flavor carefully before purchasing.
Our Sauce Flights include individually packaged 1-ounce samples that let you taste several flavors before committing to full-size bottles. The exact number of sauces and flavors included depends on the flight option you select.
Small variations in color, thickness, and texture are normal. We make our sauces in small batches using real peppers, fruits, vegetables, and spices. Natural ingredients can vary slightly from batch to batch, but the bold flavor remains the same.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery location. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Because our products are food items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bigguylittlewifehotsauce.com. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
We ship orders once a week on Mondays. Our weekly order window runs from Monday through Sunday, and orders placed during that window will ship the following Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, orders will ship on the next available business day. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way!
