What started as a fun night experimenting in our kitchen with a hot sauce kit my mom gave us quickly turned into something we couldn’t stop talking—and droooooling—about.
We’re Steven and Shelby: one very tall 6'7" husband, one little 5'0" wife, and two people who love creating bold flavors together. Every bottle is made in small batches in Lenoir City, Tennessee, with real ingredients, a whole lotta love, plenty of attitude, & just the right amount of heat.
From our very first sauce, Slow Burn, to every flavor that followed, each bottle has its own story and a little piece of us in it. We roast, blend, taste, tweak, and obsess over every batch until it feels like something we’d be proud to put on our own table.
